Safe Harbor’s Transitional Living
Safe Harbor’s Transitional Living was designed to create an affordable, post-treatment living experience. With homes nestled in a charming residential neighborhood, women will practice real-life scenarios and utilize the insight and tools they have gained in treatment.
We understand that complete independence post-treatment can be overwhelming. There are many challenges for a newly sober individual and navigating these changes is best with consistent support. Safe Harbor’s Transitional Living is a continuing care program that offers a secure, safe environment for women in this phase of their development. During their stay in Transitional Living, women are encouraged to explore the new and fresh possibilities that early recovery brings. Women will have the opportunity for developing long-lasting, healthy relationships with their peers and become firmly planted in their recovery.
Women are invited to join Safe Harbor’s Transitional Living program after completing a minimum of 30-days at one of Safe Harbor’s programs or elsewhere.
When women support each other, amazing things happen.
